Each plot will be sold complete with an electricity and water mains supply to the curtilage of the plot. Infrastructure is at an advanced stage, driveways and accesses to each plot are in place, although top cover finishes are not in place to avoid any potential damage from plant and machinery used during each build. The access to each plot will be finished with tarmac and gravel driveways.
While the plots enjoy panoramic views of the Clyde estuary and Loch long, they are located in a lively village environment, big on community. Kilcreggan village has a ‘remote’ feel but remains an easy commute to Glasgow, and the local town of Helensburgh is a 25 minute drive.
