Nursing Home Manager, North Lanarkshire, Scotland, £35k
In Touch Recruitment is searching for a committed and experienced Nursing Home Manager who has a proven background managing elderly nursing home to oversee the running of a large service situated in North Lanarkshire, Scotland.
This service in North Lanarkshire, Scotland provides 24 hour nursing care and support to older people with varying nursing needs and requirements. The home is currently rated low with the Care Commission and would therefore be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to put a professional and positive spin on the home.
For this home we are searching for a results driven and care focused Nursing Home Manager who enjoys making changes, improvements and noticeable differences within services. Ideally we are looking for an individual who has 3 years’ experience at home management level but it is essential that they are registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN). Completion of the SVQ 4 or equivalent will be highly advantageous.
